Nice! I'd love a self-stage facility, but around here they command top dollar when they are for sale. And to build them is insanely expensive due to local building codes.

The rest of my mom's hedges cut: check!
Cut her #*/^$(g gr#!s: Check!
(Most of her #*&!#*g gr#!& is dandelions. I need to get over there and put down some fertilizer. )
My Fu#/^*& gr $!# cut: check!

Sitting on the deck with Lesley for a bit till I feel like getting up to get a shower.

One went up near me several years ago. Guy paid $600K for a garbage piece of land (sale was listed in the paper). he then spent $250K on site work(friend of mine did the work and told me) and then had the cost of the buildings with computerized kiosk, electric gates and paving for 85 units. I did the math and assuming a mortgage on the deal, if he were at 100% occupancy 365 days a year, he couldn't cover his costs. I figured he had at least a $1 mil into it. He sold it a few years later for $1.3 million which was totally insane. They just advertised an auction for unit contents due to lack of payment....25% of their units were not being paid........something really fishy going on.
