Have some riding friends, wife just retired from driving school bus, husband is in charge of repairs. They are serious about that stuff, school bus rodeos and all!

What are the chains for on the underside of the school buses? Or is that just a Colorado thing? They are not snow chains for the tires, they hang down from the undercarriage
