2 1/2 hours & 140 miles from Philly to Gettysburg. Lots to see there if you are into history.

 

I left there with mixed feelings; absolute awe at the courage it took for men, and let's face it boys, to walk shoulder to shoulder across those fields in the face of cannon and rifle/musket fire, and a deep sense of sadness for all the lives lost.


Haunting place really if you know the history of the battle there.

 

Usta have relatives that lived in Barberton.....They have all passed away years ago.

 

Southeastern OH is nice. Lot of farm country.


I'll probably be up there in a few weeks.

 

WS18 or 19 in Gettysburg. I am at Work in Barbertucky as we speak, Doylestown is about 10 minutes south of Barberton.
