Tim, it seems it did not used to be that way. For about the last year I cannot turn on the local news without a report of a shooting, stabbing or some other violent crime. My wife and I laugh....it is always happening at '23rd and some cross street'. Need I tell you 23rd St isn't the most tony part of town?
