Finally closing on the house next door today....Let the Deadbeats show up to claim something now. Actually, there is nothing of theirs to claim, not even a scrap of paper...buahahahha.

 

Morning again fellers. Just found out that my friend who checked himself out had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Figgered it was something like that

 

Well thats better than Peggy thats for sure.

FYI - It took a lot of beer to get my daughters swing-set built. Just offering my input. Aslo had to retrieve tools from around the yard once in a while as well.

 

So what is next?

 

Finish up the bathroom, change all outlets , switches and covers, maybe new floor in living room and dining room, some small plumbing repairs. Then start collecting money, already have it rented starting May 1. The other side needs nothing.

 

Thats good, I am assuming it wont be a HUD rental?
