Today I have to setup my work email again. My password expired and when I changed it, it would not accept it. So when I had the helpless desk reset it on their side there are some tools I cannot get to. So I had to go back to the helpless desk...and they reset my mail app to factory settings, and I lost even more access. Freakin losers! that is what we get for outsourcing to the cheapest country for support....damn script monkeys that don't listen to the problem and do what they read without ANY critical or independent thought.

Reminds me of the time I called the "Windows help line" I got this woman with a heavy Indian accent. She told to do this and to do that. She then asked me what was happening and I replied "Now deleting the Windows fold"! Funny as h3ll to hear her say "OH ****"! "JESUS CHRIST"!
