Today I have to setup my work email again. My password expired and when I changed it, it would not accept it. So when I had the helpless desk reset it on their side there are some tools I cannot get to. So I had to go back to the helpless desk...and they reset my mail app to factory settings, and I lost even more access. Freakin losers! that is what we get for outsourcing to the cheapest country for support....damn script monkeys that don't listen to the problem and do what they read without ANY critical or independent thought.
