I wish it were that easy. Ive actually made up SOP's for this stuff. They are followed for a week or two after an expensive repair then forgotten. Job security I tell you!

The way things are set up each dept deals with their own people. I can only make a recommendation. Even my boss, the dept head has little power over other departments. Its like a little city and each dept is its own entity.
