CEO calls yesterday to say thanks for the good job with our increased sales and revenue, and it was sincere. Other than some daytime posting here, I try my best typically.
4 years and never had a review. As a remote location we get little feedback.
A little kudos goes a long way. I'll take the complement. Nice to hear.
Too bad more people don't fully appreciate the power of some positive reinforcement (when it's due).

Stan, most business courses reinforce the fact more people leave their employment due to lack of recognition than issues over pay.

 

That's what I love about commissioned sales .... you determine your own paycheck.

As you well know, all management has to do (again, when it's earned) is slap you on the back occasionally. We sales types eat that up.

Awesome Stan, Lisa always let's us sales guys know when we are doing a good job. She also let's us know when **** ain't going well too. So we try to stay on her good side.

 

Actually, you sure don't have to be a sales type to appreciate positive feedback.
