Looks like some Canadians in Quebec City disagree with their Prime Minister about accepting more muzzies into their country.

If it's supporting a garage, it's not a pad, it's a full foundation. 24" beams, 4 bars rebar, etc. Around here that would be about 7K turnkey. Might be a bit cheaper in the Metro mess with all the competition...
