Lawyers can be so diplomatic ....."....The assertion that you received no notices is completely contrary to the documented proof that all services and notices were done in accordance with the law. We are aware you received notices given certain texts sent to (Mr. Landlord) by (Ms. DeadBeat) which are in my possession."
Unfortunately , it's in words that they can never understand. This would be my letter.... "Look you thieving bast*ards, you're lying thru your *ss and we can prove it. Now STFU and get your sh*t out of the house"
