Lou and Stan, now that I have your attention, the bike I'm assisting on is an '11 with a plastic oil tank.

I was assuming it was the plastic tank with chrome cover. Pop the seat off and look just forward of the oil fill for a trail running down the inside towards the bottom. Just a guess.

Musta missed that when I ordered mine, wonder what harm the standard shock T T would do on a inch longer shock set up??

He mentioned doing an oil change recently.
(1) I suggested a new dipstick o-ring before digging into it deeper.
(2) I wonder if he over filled it.
