Mark, what we have done with the pork chops from time to time is season them as you do, then douse them with Worcestershire sauce. Really yummy.

I might try that next time, Greg. Some of the simplest recipes are the best. I make a kick *** Salisbury Steak but no one else wants to eat it. WTF!? If it weren't so labor intensive I'd make it just for me

Since I've never really looked at one, is this something easily seen?
I mean will I be able to point at it?

Full disclosure:
I am no mechanic but I do wrench a little on my bikes, like fluids, tires for my Suzuki (Dual Sport), stuff like that.

I had a Sportster as I suppose most Harley riders do at some point. It blew oil out the breather regardless of what I did. Even put a part on from
Kuryakyn that was supposed to fix it. Still blowing oil. Old school mechanic old me its the "Sportster Drip", put a long hose off the breather and run it down behind the engine. I never did and just used Spray and Wash on my jeans where it gathered on the air cleaner, caught the wind and blew onto my jeans inside the knee.

Is it a carbed or EFI? Mine was a carbed 2002 1200.

Thanks for the tips. And I'm not sure exactly what I'm dealing with except that it is a newer model from Texas.
