Hello Mickster, Grand Pooh-Bah of all things Automotive !
Russ, 17 RG score card :
1) + spacious driver seating
2) + M8 butter smooth
3) + solid as a rock in a strong wind
4) - info/nav screen unreadable with sun behind you
5) - riding two up made me think I need some time at the gym You've experienced this too? Leg strength? What do you mean I'm not 20 anymore ..... !!?
6) +\- was not able to rule a batwing out. My personal experience was becoming a bit "claustrophobic" behind the bat-wing, thus my journey to the Road King (Great machine!) and ultimately the RG Fugly. That's a very subjective measure and your mileage may vary :>)

The problem is that the bikes get heavier as you get older. You have to carry more things on a daily basis.....like extra Depends, Pepto Bismol,Geritol and more meds.

Hahaha....been thinking of packing a geezer first aid kit myself, Al.

I was joking about the Depends and Geritol. But Pepto tablets, Tylenol, Weebles pills and a few other things are in the saddlebags, along with extra gloves (circulation problems in fingers) and a rain suit, just getting too old to get wet and cold.

....and that's just the stuff to ride to Starbucks.....the list gets bigger for every 30 miles past that.
