The assumption is you have the product knowledge and proper sales training as the foundation of the hard work.

Were pure hours on-the-job a significant factor in that business? In other words, did you have people putting in 40 hours and others putting in 60?

Stan, you're always gonna have those who put in more time. That really isn't it. It is how the time is spent while at the office. As you know there is productive and non-productive time as it relates to selling. Too many do too much of the non-productive.

Uh-oh. I'm not kidding Mick, I think they are all dead!.....
I usually see this effect with most of my customer prospects as well.
