My first car was 72 VW Beetle. Cost me $125.

It was a Super Beetle so I was much cooler than the regular Beetle guys.

 

First car was either a 51 Pontiac star chief or a 51 Packard Hearse, the hearse was a fun car to own, it was painted baby blue.

Had more cars than I care to remember, speaking of..I had a late 50's Ramble that when you hit the brakes the front of the car would bend down it was so rusted.

A 65 442 convert or the 57 olds J2 was probably the ones I wish I had now.

My worst car we had while we were living in Germany, a Renault rust bucket. Every year it had to go through the German inspection and for two years I had to leave a bottle of JD on the seat to pass the inspection. The guy told me that a case of Jack wouldn't pass it a third year.

 

Hahaha! I had an old Datsun pickup truck the cab mounts had rusted through.

I thought there was a buncha early risers on this thread. Oh well, cuppa coffee and I'll take my clogged sinus misery back to bed. At least the hot coffee breaks it up some.
