Back from lunch and 18 more phone calls, including a 20 minute long discussion with a man, with a speech impediment, who wanted my advice, then he said my advice was too expensive and what he wants to do but does not have the means to do it. He went over it 3 times before I set the phone down and then it was probably another 15 minutes before it went quiet. I do my best to never hang up on people.
