On the way to work today while approaching a red light on a 4 lane highway (US-50), I was in the passing lane slowing down and a guy stopped in the slow lane at the light opens his door into my lane(I swerved to the left onto the shoulder), proceeds to get out and clean his wiper blades off, AS THE LIGHT TURNS GREEN and he continues to clean them as traffic behind him in the shape of an 18 wheeler approaches from behind.

I gritted my teeth and watched in the rear-view mirror for carnage but didn't see anything..........
