Another one day snow "storm" here in Mizzery. Snow, pretty, melt. Although I'd rather not see snow here at all, I can live with this. Other than that, I got nothing.
Goat eating dogs do not last long around here. Neither do trash diggers, cow chasers, etc. They leave and never come home. When I was a kid I used to see packs of wild dogs now and again. I got treed once by a pack fir hours. My Red Rider didn't have much of an effect on them.
Got some coyotes down by the river, I here them at night. Haven't seen any venture into town yet but I suppose if they get hungry enough.

I called the local Sheriff's Department and they called me back in a few minutes. The deputy assigned listened to my concerns told me what he was going to do and said he would be out after court hearing. He said if they dont agree to keep their dogs on their property and reimburse for the loss then he will take it to court. I have the pictures ready for him of the damages and identified the dog as my neighbors and gave him the location.
Will give an update later.

Careful, coyotes down by the river generally have a pack of undocumented workers with them.
That's fine, as long as they don't get into my garbage and make a mess.
We have plenty of coyotes in the city here. Dogs and cats turn up missing quite often.
I see what you did there, Mick!
