Whne my son and I were working to pen the rest in the barn he came back but only to the neighbors next to me. Knew it was the same dog by the tail. I will see what LE says my options are.

I only caught a glimpse of him and went for my 9mm on the seat of my truck, fumbled all around and when I finally was able to get my **** together, all I saw was that he was big brown and had curled tail like a Husky.

I can pretty much tell you what they will say..
"Do you know for sure it was the same dog?" You should answer in the affirmative...

The only reason I say that is a lot of people might say..
"I'm pretty sure it was.."
or
"I think it was.."
That is what he has to go by.
