My understanding is that you get a half inch extra stroke which allows more room for dampening which results in improved ride over rougher roads with larger bumps providing better control and smoother ride .
Are you running the stock Harley shocks on your bike?
I replaced the stock rear shocks on my Ultra with Progressive 944s and it made a HUGE difference in both ride and stability.
Yes..currently running stock shocks and front fork springs. The plan is to have Maxton replace front and rear suspension.
Do you ride 2 up a lot? What do you keep your shocks set on? The same setting that works well for you solo will not be the best for the added weight of another rider...
