I have been hobby running on and off since 2014. I have completed a half marathon in Jan 2015 which was F'n unbelievable hard as I ran in packed snow for the last 8+ miles. I am struggling with motivation tho during these cold months. I have 58 miles logged since Jan 1st.
Still haven't really shed any pounds and am floating around 230lbs. Would love to get to 199lbs.

There'll be no running for this old hillbilly I can tell you that much right quick. Knees are shot. I can barely manage a brisk walk and that only after taking my happy pills.
I haven't weighed 199 since I was playing middle linebacker in high school. I'm at about 265 right now
Here Costco has better deals. We will be getting the new Roku 48" TV for like $200 or less. Hard to beat that.
I'm sure your knees are way worse than mine but mine arnt great. That's why I do the oliptical at the gym. Doesn't pound the knees.
Lou, that sounds like a helluva deal. Is Roku the brand name or does the TV have Roku capability?
Yes. Ruku broke into the TV market with all the capabilities of the Roku box. We have an early Roku box in the basement and when we had our wifi box upgraded the super fast 66mbps stream is to much for the old box. So it's get a new box with an old TV or just get the new Roku TV.

Luckily I have had no issues with my knees. No sport injuries or anything left over from the military. I do know they can be pretty debilitating and there is a lot of credence to how much is sucks to deal with one or both. I have had a couple of flare ups with my left knee over the years and it has assured me I want nothing to do with it.
Now my back is another story, I have succumbed to a 4-6 week visit to the chiropractor because if I don't I'll be good for a while without the routine maintenance but once I get Mr. Sciatica irritated and he spasms I am down for the count. The last time about a year ago I was questioning whether or not I would just have to live with pain. Holy **** was it bad. I thought my riding days were done, but my chiropractor patched me up and knock on wood with the exception of some flare ups I have not been in any agonizing potentially life changing pain in the last year.
Don't doubt it, just confused as to what kind of TV, been told that a Smart TV is over kill for us and the OLED ? TV's are way to spendy.
We run though Comcast cable so some of the higher priced screens are a waste of money anyway, I think.
We liked the Plasma TV's, but seems they're on the way out, so it seems LCD and LED are the two left, once again..I think.
Al
AL, we probably have a dozen Vizio TVs in the family. Never had an issue with any of them, going back a number of years. They have a D series and an E series. The D is more reasonably priced. Walmart has a 50" for $498, a 55" for $498...a 43" for $328.Just search on Walmart site. I'm using a Vizio 32" as a monitor. It's been running pretty much non stop for 5 years.I have a 70" for over 2 years, again...trouble free.

Got a stray dog here at the shop. No collar. I brought him inside and called Animal Control.
Well behaved, Chocolate Lab.
