Do you have to deal much with theft?

 

Not really. Mostly forgetfulness. So far I've been able to read the bad apples in the hirring process.

 

With a maximum of a 4 year turn around, I guess you learn to have to.
Where you work, where does the majority of the monies come from?

 

Student pay and tools mostly comes from Lottery money and some private enterprise money from an avacado Grove on campus. About 170k from Lottery and 60k from avacados. The rest is our standard budget. Can't remember what that is.

 

I always wondered where the monies come from. Mind you, we are probably a bit different than you guys south. Not saying its better or worse, cause I really don't know.

 

Any changes with the bike this winter?

 

Same story. Just need to get to a dealer and order gaskets and seals. Weather is good now but it will get cold and rainy soon. I wish I had a garage. I keep it at work in winter.

 

Is there room at the house to add a garage?

 

"changes". Getting a led headlight. Some powder coating. No effing time to work on it right now.

 

Tons of room. 100 × 75 lot. Garage 100$ a square to contract out. Living space is $175 a square.
