Yeah, I know about back pain. Born with scoliosis (my spine is slightly twisted), I also have 3 bulging discs, and degenerative disc disease. I bought a new office chair and that has helped but the pain sure can make me miserable at times and the past few weeks it's been a constant thing. Makes me pretty grouchy at times...

If I didn't have a back rest on my bike, there is no way I could ride more than a couple hours without being in misery.

I feel for you brother.

Pain would have to be right up there at the top of things that make life really suck, I find my whole self can change depending on how much the arthritis bothers me.

Today is one of those days, when I push it builds up so even the ibuprofen and Vicodin only slightly temper the pain in my foot.
Add that and just the pains of getting old can make it a challenge, then add the weather and it can get worse.

It does help me feel for those who endure pain on a regular basis though.

Back pain is something I know all to well. Had my first surgery 26yrs ago. Add to that the degenerative disc and it's just an on going battle. Those who've never had back pain can't even begin to understand how debilitating it can be and frustrating as well.

I guess the alternative to getting older isn't that great either, so I reckon I'll just deal with it

Sorry Benjamin wasn't able to keep his appointment, but glad your day is less hectic.

When you're young you have time and energy but no money.

When you're middle aged you have money and energy but no time.

When you're old you have money and time but no energy.

Cycle of life.
