Years ago, my brother and I shot a couple Canada geese because we had always heard people talking about eating them.


Maybe we didn't cook them properly or something but man that was some nasty stuff. Never again..

Yep ... There's an art to doing them. There use to be a gal ( friend of Red's ) who knew the "secret process" ... All in all, waaay to much work

Honestly Tracy, most wild fowl I have eaten is pretty foul.

That's the truth Greg ... By the time you add all the "essentials" to remove the wild/gamey taste you'd probably be better off eating all the essentials and tossing the fowl
