Ok, I've hit another small snag. Tool doesn't fit the rear wheel quite right. I have two choices relieve the tool or relieve the wheel. I think the tool is going to get ground on !




Need to relieve tool for each web in wheel



Tool doesn't sit flush on the bottom

Are you sure it isn't hitting the top of the counterbore there down at the bottom?

An $ 80.00 tool instead of the $ 300.00 one. I know you get what you pay for !

It's about 1/8" shy of the top of the counter bore.

Grind the tool. Is the inside bore concentric to the outside of the tool?

Yes, I'm not messing with the wheel ! It probably cost 5 X what the tool cost me.
