We usually get between 60-100. But the last 5 years, we have kept the lights off too. Zach was never into dressing up. Actually hated it. We would make a block, then off to mom and dads so he can rip off his costume and hand out candy. Been like that since he was 2. I used to follow him and get drink or treat.

Lights off here too. Tired of non English speaking families showing up at my door wanting candy. This isn't social services ya know. Kiddo is going to a friend's house. Super Christian types that are very anti Devils Night an all. To each their own. We will be going as well. Probably nice folks. No booze though.

Exactly Russ. Had a little princess show up with their whole family. Gave her candy. The other 6 had bags wanting candy too.
