Lou, you're a hellofa gear miester......
If I put my own Power Dual headpipe on the Fugly this weekend,
am I going to struggle with the exhaust flange fit or bolts at all upon reassembly?
I assume the flange gaskets "slip" into a detent around port (??) and how about the final tightening? Is that a crush gasket? I've heard to tighten by working both flange nuts back and forth to insure best fits.
Done a bunch of previous light and medium wrenching but never on head pipes for some reason.........

A good coat of WD 40 should do the trick.
