Morning all, the day has started out awesome.
Been dealing with a customer, he has our reverse and he or his mechanic ripped the wires out of the solenoids.
The unit is 2 years out of warranty and he did not want to pay full price for the new solenoids. So I gave him a discount to help him out.
The discount was not good enough so he demanded to speak to my supervisor.
I told him my boss is the owner Lisa Baker. He said he'd contact her because he wasn't paying that price.
Customer called back this morning and very meekly ordered the parts and the formerly agreed to price.
I love my boss.
