I bought it because it was a screamin deal! 2003 EGC with 40K miles (in 2014). Price started at $9500 at a local Kia dealership. I watched it for a few months and it finally came down to $7500 and I could not pass it up. It helped that it was black. I really want a Road King but after a few rides I really appreciated the extra storage and wouldn't trade it for anything else...not even a M8 given the price diferrence.

I do like it. I wasn't sure I wanted a full blown dresser until I rode into work and had room to pack everything I needed, including putting my leathers in the saddle bags when I got there.

 

Both, Dan. It was gonna be a Softail in any color other than black. I saw this one and I was done. Took a year, though.
