Mornin Al! Movie was good. "My Family" (1995) with Edward James Olmos, Jimmy Smits and others. I've seen it before but it is a good one to re-watch. Beth had not seen it so it was a first time viewing for her. She enjoyed it too.

And bone pain adds a whole new level on the pain scale...

LOL Never seen that one before but I can totally relate.
I think it's all those ligaments and tendons being ripped off and reattached that really does the trick! Hopefully a few days more and that will start to back off some...

If you saw the cutting, sawing, chiseling and hammering that goes on during that surgery, you'd know why....

Nope, still on the walker buddy and my range is still quite limited. Before surgery, I worked very hard to make sure I had my quads were built up and range of motion good as I knew what was coming. I could easily do leg lifts but after surgery I had lost that ability until a few days ago. The muscles are all torn up in there now and the bone is trying to heal. I do my rehab exercises to get full extension and I'm not even close on retraction yet. Kristi is going to change my bandage today. It's going to take time.....

Tracy I may have to break out the "Oregon Supplemental" that I brought back for some friends of mine who haven't picked it up yet.

I actually woke up for a moment while they were doing mine. A hammer and chisel were exactly what he was using at the time.
There you have it. Don't try to push too hard right now Russ.
