Marcus, we have restrictions here. No vendors, lawn care, etc. before 7 AM on weekdays and 8 on weekends.

I am sure someone with the HOA will complain to the board and they will send a stern letter to the builders. We already have a lien on the builders for not clearing out a lot they dumped trash and debris into.
