What is "teletype"? Is that like a military stenographer? Curious.

I was probably trained to fix some of the equipment you used. My Pop was in the Air Force, was in Vietnam, Bien Hoa 68-69

A teletype is like a typewriter that could send a typed message to another teletype. Kind of like a typewriter/fax machine/printer hybrid
