He had major pain issues with the right one and ended up raising a ruckus up here. I talked to his surgeon and got him to modify his pain med orders this time. No doubt I will be richly rewarded at some time in the future

 

They put me on one of those morphine pumps. Took me a while to figger out it was on a 20 minute delay in between doses.


The nurse comes in with a trainee and is explaining to her how it works..


"You see here that he has received medication 6 times and has requested it 143 times"





And rightfully so!
