Greg, hoping it is done by Christmas so we can host and have more areas for people to hang out. I will be peeking in on their progress from time to time as well. I also need to make room down there for my buddy's furniture if his wife decides to file for divorce. He will let her have the house (I think it is paid for) and find a place of his own.

Haha, not make A room...just make room for some of his stuff. But if it was the former, I would call Big Spoon right away. This is why I love the TOAK. Y'all keep me from going even more crazy at times
