Oh hell no I don't Tim! I 'aint keeping it. No way, no how. I have 4 dogs already although I will be either getting rid of the pit mix now one way or another. Either I find him a new home or I kill him myself. Once they go down that road there is no coming back.

No, that is true. Not an easy thing to do, especially if he/she has been part of the family for many years.

When I first stopped going to the office every day I decided to volunteer at the animal shelter. I would go at 6 AM every other day and walk the dogs. Crap....I wanted them all. The good news is it is not a kill shelter. Unfortunately there are those few that are not able to be re-homed and that is the only humane alternative.

I know what you mean Mick. I love animals and think more of my own critters than I do a LOT of people, but sometimes you just have to make the tough call even when you don't want to.
