Evening check in fellers.


Ol' Blue is running like her old self again. Dirty air filter was the culprit. It still had the OE type media filter. It was pretty nasty and I don't think I can blow it out enough to make it useable again. Besides, the OE venting tubes are cracked anyway.


I have another filter set up with external venting I was going to install when I did the 95 build, but I guess I'll go ahead and put it on now since I see no benefit from purchasing a stock filter when I'm so close to doing all the other work.

Hey Al, I got a set of SE Street Cannons on. I like them, they have blown out some but momma squawks about them. I's be ok with a little mellower sound at my advanced age. Either way I'm good. Tammy really doesn't ride that much anymore.

 

Have you considered just replacing the baffles?
