Actually rained me out of some of my chores. This after there was 0% chance of same by every forecast I saw.


Didn't last long, just enough to screw up a couple things.

Only mildly surprised Mick. The hills have a way of making their own weather at times. A heavy fog rolled in and just made it's own rain

 

When my wife asks me to "stain that wooden crate" she should be more specific. I put my coffee cup on it, which left a nice tan ring, and spit tobacco juice on it which made for nice contrasting dark brown stains. She was not happy!

Beth is at a Dr appt so as soon as the SIL shows up I am heading down for Audio Fest to look for Louies (no promises) and listen to home & personal audio equipment I couldn't justify buying no matter how good they sound. $3k for ear buds? Really!?!? At least I'll get a few free t-shirts out of the deal.

 

I know someone who would probably add a nice yellow tint for a bottle of liquor
