I like beef tounge too but the wife doesn't know how to cook it and it's a pain to prepare.

Don't mind liver. Lots of mustard and ketchup.

Chicken hearts, throw in boiling water, time for 1 minute, scoop them out, throw some salt on them. Thats how we do it.
