Primary chain tension, roll the chain around 2-3 times complete revolutions so you can see the tight spots and loose spots. You want to set the chain tension at the tightest spot 5/8" deflection.
If after the install you hear a noise coming from the primary it's the chain hitting the inner primary. this happens because you are now running a 28 tooth sprocket which is bigger than your stock 25 tooth and it puts the chain closer to the primary. This happens mostly in Softails if it happens.

Mark if this happens ride the bike over to Gregs and borrow his dremmel. By the time you get there the chain should have left a nice witness mark and you will know where to grind.

Riding with your DD6:
If you are in 6th gear on the highway and you look down to see your speedo at 90 and you didn't realize you were going that fast. Don't be alarmed, this is a normal condition.

Taking a break from tips, my fingers are starting to hurt. As you were TOAK.

Nah, just bogged down with meetings. Maybe I can use one of those printing machines to print these TOAK pages for reference

I once copied my hand, but I threw it away as the finger prints were too incriminating.

Hard to get just that one finger to copy, huh? It tends to created shadows and light spots because of the natural curvature of the other 4 being balled up

My aunt is a systems analyst for the Genessee county jail system in Flint. She installed the computer finger print scanning system in the jail. The next day after the install I got to try it out. Not voluntarily.
