Annual HOA meeting is OVER! Check this...1355 homes, 75 people showed up. Only had one woman who was a pain in the ***. She showed up after the meeting was almost done and very angrily said I wasn't answering questions. I told her that I had answered every question presented. She wanted me to guarantee that the HOA dues would not go up. I told her no, I couldn't guarantee that, but I would go out on a limb and guarantee that they will go up, just not now. She was major bitch, had a real chip on her shoulder and it obviously was not the answer she was looking for.

 

That's what her bio said. May not be good enough to keep you out of jail but at least you could show the cops....
