Or I should say this is a member benefit because the current Administration has done a phenomenal job of collecting dues :-)

Where do you think the dues go to? Repairs?

It goes to repairs....wall/fence repairs...but law enforcement should do a better job so as to eliminate the need to repair the walls. Whhooo....gettin all worked up and it's not even my HOA...hell, it is not even my state or time zone!!!

Heck, the HOA should pay us for the privilege of placing our house here in this community! Hey Mark, I was wondering if that junk car in your front yard was for sale?

Decided to go buy a new bike after work tomorrow as well.
