Do we need to have you attend a seminar in how to set priorities?
New year and new 40 hours of training due....I think a seminar is right up my alley. Help me, Professor MickWood!
Just got a "kit" for Christmas but haven't broke it out yet. I like strong coffee......
Turkish Coffee is how the locals prepare it here. It is quite strong, but the surprise is the sludge at the bottom of your cup. Always leave about 1/4" at the bottom otherwise you get a mouthful of grinds. Otherwise it isn't bad.
You need to grind the coffee very fine and boil it using one teaspoon per cup. Whe the water biols take it off the heat and let it set for a moment. Then pour into little dainty cups and add sugar &/or milk.

Tune in tomorrow when you'll hear Russ say ............
Mick that statement takes me back to when I was a kid. My grandmoither always used jelly jars as drinking glases. I never knew the difference, but always found the narrow tops annoying.
