The gals are breaking in the counter top fryer we bought. So far the show string fries are all I have sampled but fried fries are way better than over baked fries

Hello world. I've managed 2 hours of sleep so far, electrical crap shutting my plant in so the day operator has woke me up repeatedly. Really screwed up my beauty sleep before the game dammit.

Not it much I hate worse than electrical gremlins.

 

Checkin' in......while I wait for my Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Cheddar Bacon bisque to simmer.... I'm must be really bored to attempt cooking!

 

I can fix it but not till after the game....

The key thing to remember with all electrical problems is .....be very very careful to not let the smoke out of any component!!!!....or the associated wiring!!!

 

That's what they taught me in college Doc... electrickity is magic, the smoke is the magic leaving.

 

Good Evening/Afternoon from BiH gentlemen...It's 10PM here and after reading the posts I missed I may have to look into finding a football game to watch. It is possible to find a game on the cable station, but the disconnect is that all the commentary is in Bosanski....but no never mind.

My day has been busy with the wife at the flea market and visiting with my mother-in-law. So I guess I have earned some browny points as insurance against future misdeeds.
