The riders here tend to be very agressive and have stepped up my skills a notch as a result. The down side is that I attend several funerals a year here.
There are more here than you would think. In my club there are 4 of us with Harleys and in Mostar you probably have around 12 total. In Sarajevo thereb are more than in Mostar. The problem here is that most guys envy Harleys, but most can't afford them. In Croatia because the economy is a little better you have 1 dealership in Zagreb and another about to open in Split so there are more fo them there.
My Wife is from Hungary and still has family there. We have been to the Harley dealerships both in Budapest and Debrecen. Prices there are 3Xs what they are here!

I saw a used bike in Derecen that was almost identical to my last one (2008 Ultra) and the used price was almost double what I paid new. I guess that is why there are so few of them there.

This is true. Harleys are more expensive in Europe than in the US due to shipping and customs cost. I have a friend in Holland that buys used bikes from up around Russia relatively cheap and sell them in Holland for a comfortable profit. So used bikes can be had at reasonable cost if you are in the know.
