We are loving it. Nice to go down there and relax to watch a movie. Not sure why it is different than the living room on the main floor for that but it is

Nice. We don't use our basement. Our Grandson lives down there. I do have to gut it and rebuild it into a nicer living space though.

Did mine years ago. Since the kids are all grown and gone, it never gets used anymore.

I'd let my Pop stay there but that's about it. I say that now...we'll see when my kids are older
