TOAK The thread of all knowledge VII
Yeah, When I'm in states where I hafta wear a helmet, I usually take them out. the helmet seems to mash down between my sunglasses and the hearing aids and become uncomfortable.
But...Having had both types of hearing aids, The ones I have now are definitely better.
Normally when I'm on the bike I just shut them down anyway.... They make good earplugs!!

Guns, motorcycles, hotrods, helicopters, Miniguns & rockets, more helicopters and 35 years of BIG diesel engines.....I'm lucky to have ears on the side of my head, let alone ones that work!!!

That's pretty cool.
Yep....20mm cannon, TOW, Hellfire and Stinger missiles too for me.
You guys cross your fingers for me to help get rid of FILs baby grand piano. These things are HARD to get rid of. Had some folks look at it yesterday and they seemed to like it. It was made in 1923 by the Estey Company, restrung, refinished and rekeyed in the 60's. It isn't a Steinway quality instrument however it appraised at $1500.00 three years ago. Hope they buy it, offered for it to them for $750.00.
Howdy Doc.
That's what I'm hoping for Al, the family that looked at it had a piano with a cracked sound board which to repair would cost 3K. I figure at $750 bucks, this one would be a steal.
OOoooofff.
And here I am complaining about tractors and music.
