TOAK The thread of all knowledge VII
sounds like a hot date. now grab my compensator socket, now put it in, is it warm enough for you in here..lol
OG, do you have a suggestion on the snap ring pliers for my transplant project? I have a cheap pair form Harbor Freight and thy are worth less than I paid for them....which was a coupon purchase, I think! I have seen a few on Amazon but some are too big for the smaller rings and I'd had to throw $80 for a tool for one project.
Even the cheap ones aren't cheap:

Something like this might do the trick

I think the ones we have here are Snap-on or Matco and you don't want to know what those ones cost.
Question OG, does harley give you the blue prints or specs of everything for you to design something, or do you literally have to tear a bike appart
Nope, the big socket is for the pulley nut. I forget what comp nut is something like 1 5/8" or something crazy. I have mine setting on the bench in my garage I'll check it out tonight.
Sorry Dan but that's almost funny. Harley is as much help as Mark's pet rock. Then again tearing apart brand new bikes is fun.
Oh, sorry...thought I had everything. I have not opened those boxes so I don't accidentally lose anything
do you guys have to purchase the bikes, and what happens to them when you're finished with them
