Nah! You don't really taste the spinach. You cook the spinach in the bacon grease a little till it wilts. I sautéed a little onion and added it as well. Oh, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

Me too. Sometimes raw as a snack. Spinach now is totally different than in the past. The block of goo that looked like seaweed is gone and replaced with something good.

I've never tried spinach in any form...raw, cooked or in between. And that "salad" thing? I think I am allergic to it.

We went almost a full year eating salads oly for dinner. Weekends we would eat something else.
Didn't mind it at all.
