Yes Russ, we were enjoying the game at the moment. Turned out badly for the home team but we had a good time with Miss D and her friend.

Slept late (7am) today. I'm not used to that staying up until midnight stuff anymore!

 

Mornin Tracy! I stayed up past 1130 then decided to use the excuse of Nataly falling asleep to excuse myself from the rest of the night. I could have stayed up another 30 minutes but didn't want to do the countdown and all that silly stuff.

 

For those who missed it:

 

Our "tradition" I suppose you could call it, is to toast the new year in with sparkling apple cider and then I go to bed while others stay up a bit longer to watch the after party crap on TV.


Like Russ, I have no idea who the entertainers are and I've never heard their music. I guess I'm part of the new Lawrence Welk crowd!

 

Meanwhile, over at Lou's house the Mexicans are shooting off their own special brand of fireworks.
