Going up to Estes Park this morning to help load up stuff and bring it down to store for the winter. There was some small furniture items (end tables, lamps...etc) that were being stored in a tent outside while the inside of the cabin was being repaired but the wind tore the tent down and now we have to move ****. Going up early to avoid any traffic that will be heading there for a New Years celebration.
Excellent advice. A number of years ago, I was in negotiation with a banker that I knew.Looking for a better rate on a Commercial mortgage with his bank. I offered 3%, he countered at 5%. Looked at him and said." Every negotiation that I go into, I have two numbers in mind. The price I would like to get and the number that I will actually take. It's nice to see that you prescribe to that same concept. I'll take 4% and I guess you will too. He just laughed and said" Deal"
